This is how the Wind Character is looking today. The Hair still needs some work (it's mostly going to be in the texture thought) and I still plan on noodling around here and there on the model a little bit, but the big place I plan on putting in a little more work is the face. It's getting there, but it's not there YET! :D But here you go, seeing what she looks like as of now!

New Block Breaker Model
So this is what I've been working on in my free time this week. It's been maybe a total of 4-5 hours (including the head model which is not being shown right now) and I just barely started working on the arms when I stopped for the night.
It's one of the characters for Block Breakers. She has wind powers, and will be able to blow characters clear off the board.

Art Dump!
I discovered that 3DS Max has viewport filters and it made me laugh. I need sleep.
These are Business cards for an assignment. I had an idea that the teacher didn't love, and I did, so I tried very desperately to make it work somehow, and here's a few of the attempts.

This is the newest version of my "Dragon's Breath" concept piece. It's due tomorrow, and I don't think I'm going to get around to making it any better, so this is what it's going to be.

Update on my portfolio and concept stuff...
So I have been doing a concept piece based on the story "Dragon's Breath", and this is kind of how it's going. I got some pointers from my teacher Geraldine Kovats today, so the top picture is how it looked halfway through the day, and the picture below that, is how I'm ending the day. Pretty Rough, but we'll see how it ends up.

This is the progress i've made since my last post. I finished off the shoes, and just started to model the head.... but heads are tricky, and Digipen is throwing the carnival right now... and uh... i... i have no self control. So it's off to the carnival for now! :D I will finish this model soon though, and then I wanna take it into Mudbox. I never tried that before!

Why is it called Frowny-Faced Skyscraper?
To clarify the reason of my blog being the "frowny-faced skyscraper" I had this picture as my desktop wallpaper
http://www.goodbrush.com/cpg1418/displayimage.php?album=11&pos=1
but the way I had my windows open, all I saw was this....
....the frowny-faced skyscraper.
